1. Services & Digital Products
1.1 Description of Services
The Provider offers marketing consulting services, including but not limited to strategy development, mentoring sessions, campaign management, and digital marketing guidance. The Provider also sells digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, online courses, and other downloadable content.
1.2 Scope of Services
The Provider offers expertise, guidance, and resources based on client input and professional experience. However, success is dependent on various factors such as client effort, market conditions, and external influences. The Provider does not guarantee specific results.
2. Payment & Fees
2.1 Payment Terms
Payment for all services and digital products is due in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Refund Policy
- Services: Payments for consulting and mentoring services are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated by the Provider.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a digital product has been purchased and accessed.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation (For Consulting Services Only)
3.1 Scheduling
Consulting sessions are scheduled in advance and require the client’s timely cooperation.
3.2 Rescheduling
Any request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.
3.3 Provider Cancellation
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances and will communicate any changes at the earliest opportunity.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Confidential Information
All client information shared during consulting sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All materials, resources, and digital products provided by the Provider remain the intellectual property of the Provider, unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Permitted Use
Clients and customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products and resources for personal or business use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability Limitations
6.1 No Liability for Outcomes
The Provider is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the use of services or digital products. Any recommendations or resources are provided in good faith, and the client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.
6.2 Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the services or digital products.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
7.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in Australia, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing a digital product or booking a service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
